Baker Hot Springs is a free BLM soak on Fumarole Butte northwest of Delta, with three concrete tubs left from an old resort. Each tub can be mixed with a cold-water feed to bring the very hot source water down to a comfortable level. Reaching it means about 7 miles of gravel road, which is fine in dry weather and unreliable after rain.

No 2025-2026 closure or road restriction for Baker Hot Springs found in BLM, guide or news results (checked 2026-10-18). A BLM Fillmore fire prevention order dated 2026-08-04 (Widemouth 2 Fire) covers Millard County land east of I-15, north of I-70 and west of US 50; the springs appear to lie west of I-15 and outside it, but check with BLM before travel.
Source water is about 180F and will scald, so do not enter or touch it. Water has a sulfur smell. Remote desert: bring plenty of water, watch for snakes and scorpions. No official health warning was found for this site, but untreated spring water should not be swallowed.
