No closures reported
No closure, fire or weather warning found in Forest Service, wildfire (NIFC) or National Weather Service feeds. That isn't confirmation it's open, so check with the owner.
Checked 22 Oct · updated daily
Checked Oct 2026: No closure notice found, and travel sites show the cabins open for booking. The resort's website redirects to its Facebook page, so check there for updates. Sources disagree on clothing rules (one says clothing optional, another says clothing required in the pool areas), so check with the resort. A 2022 Campendium review said the facilities were run down, while a 2020 review said they were renovated with a new pool.
Desert summer heat is a concern, and the hot tubs run above 100 F. Take care with the hot water and drink plenty of fluids. On-site water is geothermal and not for drinking, so bring your own. The nearest hospital is about 40 miles away in Pahrump, Nevada.
