Wiesbaden is a historic lodge in the town of Ouray with natural, non-recirculated mineral hot springs. It has an outdoor pool, a naturally heated Vapor Cave under the lodge, and a private Lorelei pool that is clothing optional and reserved in advance. Non-guests can buy a 2-hour day pass, with access capped at about 15 people at a time. Guests of the lodge soak without an extra charge.

Overnight guests have access to the hot springs and vapor cave. Day visitors can reserve two-hour soaks. Call ahead to confirm hours and availability.
Vapor Cave air is very hot (reported around 115 F) and the cave water is about 108 F. Showering is required before soaking. The facility does not accept people who have used tobacco in the last month, per the Denver Gazette's 2018 report of its website.
