Drakesbad is a historic guest ranch in Warner Valley inside Lassen Volcanic National Park. Hot springs on a hillside across Hot Springs Creek (about 140°F at the source) cool naturally and are piped into a filtered, lightly chlorinated swimming pool kept around 95-103°F. The pool was destroyed or damaged after the 2021 Dixie Fire and flood, and it was still being rebuilt as of the 2025 reopening.

The Dixie Fire closed the ranch in 2021. A flood in fall 2021 damaged the pool. The ranch reopened July 17, 2025 without the pool or horse program. Pool construction was scheduled to begin in the 2026 season, and one July 2025 guest review said they hoped it would be rebuilt for summer 2026.
